The Founder's Story
One cup. One quiet idea.
YITIAN — 一天, meaning one day — was born from a single pot of tea shared in an ordinary afternoon. In that small ritual, a question quietly took shape: what if the way we serve tea could return people to the present, even for a moment?
Years of study followed — across regions, masters and traditions. We learned that the leaf is only ever half of a cup; the room, the hand, the timing and the welcome are the rest.
YITIAN exists to bring that complete cup forward — into a modern tea house, into events, and into the hands of anyone willing to pause for the length of a brew.
